MOBILITY ASSESSMENTS

 These assessments include determining the appropriate mobility device for the client’s unique needs. Mobility devices include walkers, manual and power wheelchairs, as well as scooters. This therapist is authorized through the Assistive Devices Program which allows the client to only pay 25% of the full price of mobility equipment.

*Assessments for mobility devices must be completed in-person.
